Key Personnel & Management
Bonhyon Koo and Chakeuk Koo serve as co-representative directors. Mr. Chakeuk Koo graduated from Hillside College, and was Chairman of LG International Corporation. He is currently Representative Director of IrisaID Company as well as EXA.
Mr. Bonhyon Koo graduated from Syracuse University with a BA in Economics. He serves as Representative Director of Yelim International and Director of Emsonic, as well as Representative Director of EXA.
Vice President Ki Ho Kim studied Portuguese at Hankook University of Foreign Studies, and worked at Korea Heavy Industries & Construction Company as well as LG Electronics prior to joining EXA, where he is responsible for electronics and communications.
Managing Director Si Tae Kim studied accounting at Kookmin University, and worked at Yelim International prior to joining EXA. He currently serves as a Director of Emsonic.
Director Sung Choon Park studied economics at Sogang University, and worked at Hyundai Securities Research prior to joining EXA.
Director Taek Soo Lee, Ph.D. received his master¡¯s degree in new organic materials from Chonbuk National University and his doctorate (in nanotechnology) from Sungkyunkwan University. Dr. Lee was Representative Director of Nanotech prior to its integration into EXA.
The company¡¯s two outside directors are Dr. Soo Choon Park and Attorney Kuk Jong Kim. The former is an instructor at the Korea Aerospace Research Institute, and he received his Ph.D. in metals engineering from Seoul National University. Dr. Park worked at the POSCO Research Institute prior to his current position. Attorney Kim studied law at Chonnam National University, and practices at Sangsun Law Offices.

EXA Electronics & Construction, Inc. (KOSDAQ: 054940) is a manufacturer of technology and technology-related construction materials, with a focus on carbon nanotubes.
EXA was established on May 3rd, 1991 and has grown via both internal expansion and M&A. With respect to the latter, EXA¡¯s acquisitions include Yelim International (August, 2005), Emsonic Corporation (August, 2005), Innosign Technology (September, 2006) and Nanotech (July, 2007).
Currently, EXA¡¯s capital is KRW 9.81 billion with sales of KRW 52.17 billion for 2007, and the company employs 249 people across three business lines: construction, electronics and carbon nanotubes (CNT).
